An elegantly restrained post-rock LP from Signal Hill that is more in line with Tristeza and the instrumental parts of 3 Mile Pilot in contrast to the tension / release of bands like Explosions In The Sky or Ascent Of Everest, but these lilting, chiming songs are extremely well-played and a wonderful LP to headphone on a long winter walk brantly
Two great post-rock acts that play a clean, non-bombastic style of guitar driven epics. Signal Hill is who I bought this for, and they continue their American Football meets the mellow parts of Caspian style of beautiful post rock bliss. North End also plays a more measured, intricate brand of instrumental rock that has some cool proggy guitar lines and is excellently played. Great single! brantly
